ABOUT AIM

Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) is a vital ministry of the California Southwest Jurisdiction, designed to strengthen the work of the Church through education, outreach, worship, and service. AIM brings together leaders, workers, families, and youth to grow spiritually, develop ministry skills, and serve God with excellence and purpose.

Through collaborative effort and prayerful leadership, AIM supports the mission of the Church by equipping believers to do God’s work faithfully in today’s world.

WHAT IS AIM?

AIM stands for Auxiliaries in Ministry, representing the collective departments and services that support and advance ministry within the Church of God in Christ. These auxiliaries work together to educate, empower, and engage believers at every level of ministry.

AIM focuses on spiritual development, Christian education, leadership training, and practical application of God’s Word preparing individuals and families to serve both within the Church and in their communities.

THE AIM CONVENTION

The AIM Convention is an annual gathering that provides a sacred space for worship, learning, fellowship, and renewal. Delegates from across the jurisdiction come together to participate in powerful worship services, instructional workshops, panel discussions, and interactive learning experiences.

The convention is designed to inspire growth, encourage unity, and equip attendees with spiritual and practical tools to serve effectively in their respective ministries and callings.

The 2024 AIM Convention centers on a call to commitment, obedience, and urgency in fulfilling God’s work. This theme reminds us that the harvest is plentiful, the laborers are needed, and the work must be done while it is day. Through teaching, worship, and fellowship, attendees are encouraged to remain steadfast, faithful, and fully engaged in God’s mission.
