Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM)
The Music Department of the AIM Convention is devoted to leading God’s people into powerful, Spirit-filled worship that glorifies Him and prepares hearts to receive the Word.
Music is more than sound — it is ministry. Through praise and worship, we create an atmosphere where lives are changed, burdens are lifted, and God is exalted.

During the AIM Convention, the Music Department provides:
Choir rehearsals and worship preparation
Workshops for musicians and vocalists
Instruction in music ministry and leadership
Youth music development opportunities
Powerful corporate worship experiences
Each session is designed to strengthen both the gift and the heart of the worshiper.
