Bishop Hillrie Murphy serves as the Jurisdictional Prelate of the California Southwest Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ. With decades of faithful ministry, he provides spiritual leadership, vision, and oversight for the churches and auxiliaries within the jurisdiction. His commitment to holiness, education, and outreach continues to strengthen the work of the Church.

Mother Lucille Reitzell serves as the Supervisor of Women for the California Southwest Jurisdiction. She is a devoted leader and mentor whose service reflects wisdom, faith, and commitment to the development of women in ministry. Her leadership supports the growth and effectiveness of the Department of Women throughout the jurisdiction.

Pastor Norman Guilford serves as Assistant Pastor at New Jerusalem COGIC, under the auspices of Pastor Kenneth and First Lady Audrey WIlliams. He continues his humble service learned and developed through the adjutancy as the newly appointed Chairman in the California Southwest Jurisdiction. His passion for perfected leadership and outreach steers the execution and advancement of the 2026 AIM Convention, promoting a spirit-led, and life changing experience for all attendees.

Elder Eric Johnson Sr. serves as Evangelism President for the California Southwest Jurisdiction. His leadership and passion for outreach guides the Evangelism Department in winning souls, with the use of effective outreach tools. The department hosts many jurisdictional events and revivals throughout the year. 

Elder Michael Survert Jr. serves as President of the Missions Department. His heart for service, mentorship, and social responsibility supports the mission of the Church and the outreach efforts of AIM.

Superintendent Juanita Bryant provides leadership and oversight for Sunday School and Christian education initiatives within the jurisdiction. Her commitment to biblical instruction and spiritual development continues to strengthen learning across all generations.

Minister Jameil Lewis serves as President of the Music Department. Through his ministry, he aims to better equip worship leaders, talented musicians, and praisers to set the tone in creating not only a worship experience, but the invitation of the Spirit of Christ to bring about revival.  

Pastor Cecil Thompson serves as President of the Youth Department. Through his ministry, he equips and empowers young people to serve boldly, grow spiritually, and lead with purpose within the body of Christ.
